BOLID SHOP GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE.
Bolid Handwear System edits the following websites: www.bolidshop.com and www.bolidiq.com
ARTICLE 1 - The price
The prices of our products are denominated in Euro and include VAT. The prices do not include the shipment costs (see: ARTICLE 3 below "Shipment cost, delivery and availability of the products"). All orders whatever is their origin are payable in Euro. Bolid Handwear System reserves the right to change the prices at any time, however, the products shalll be invoiced on the basis of rates in force at the time of the registration of the order, subject to availability of the products at that time. The products shall remain the property of Bolid Handwear System until the total payment of the price (with shipment costs) for the benefit of Bolid Handwear Systemis successfully completed.
ARTICLE 2 - Mode of payment
1/ By card: VISA - EUROCARD - MASTERCARD; Bolid Handwear System uses PayPal, the secured system of payment on the Internet. This system is widely used by the biggest European websites of online trade and by the majority of the banks. Data relating to the number of the credit card are encrypted on the customers' computer and are as such transmitted directly to the banking operator, which deciphers them and manages direct-debit forms. Before validating an order performed with the card and in order to avoid any attempt of fraud, Bolid Handwear System reserves the right to ask the customer to provide a photocopy of his/her identity card, as well as the 3 digits appearing on the reverse of the card.
As a part of Anti Fraude system, in order to protect itself against fraud on Internet, Bolid Handwear System undertakes the following measures:
- the recording of the customers' address IP, as well as dates and the precise timing of the transaction. Shall there be no intention of malpractice, these elements remain confidential.
- any attempt of fraud, regardless of the sum in question as well as of its origin, shall be the object of criminal charges.

ARTICLE 3 - Shipment costs, delivery and availability of the products.
1/ We send the products by mail (Post).
Shipment costs that are to be added to the order value are as follows:
* Order value below 100 euro, all countries: 7,0 €
* For any order value comprised between 100 euro and 1000 euro:
o United Kingdom: 7,0% of the order value;
o European Union and Switzerland: 7,0% of the order value;
o Europe, Non-European Union: 10,0% of the order value;
o The world: 15,0% of the order value
* Order value over 1000 euro: 0,0 €
* PROMO, free delivery: 0,0 €
* Personal receipt of goods: 0,0 €
Any additional costs stemming from tax and/or duty regulations shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
2/ Availability: In case of unavailability of the product after the registration of the order, the customer will be informed by email or by telephone of that fact. The customer will have 48 hours then (outside weekend and bank/national holidays) to ask for the cancellation of her/his transaction or for its modification, by contacting our customer service.
3/ Delivery time: Any delivery time is an approximate time only and corresponds to deliveries performed without unnecessary delay. Delivery time may vary according to destination and do not include weekends and bank/national holidays.

ARTICLE 5 - Exchange or refund
In accordance with the legislation in force, the customer shall have a time limit of 7 days (as of the date of delivery) to ask for the exchange of the product or for the refund of his/her money, by contacting our customer service. In case of the exchange of the product, we accept the first exchange without any additional costs. The subsequent exchanges will be subjected to the additional cost of 15 Euro for shipment expenses.
ARTICLE 6 - Indemnity clause
1/The products offered by Bolid Handwear System comply with French legislation in force and with applicable norms in France. Any photographs, texts, drawings, information and characteristics illustrating the products are not contractual. Consequently, Bolid Handwear System shall not be held responsible in case of error or omission in one of these photographs, texts, drawings, information or characteristics of the products or in case of modification of such characteristics of the products by the supplier. The customer service remains at the disposal of our customers shall they have any questions concerning the products.
2/Bolid Handwear System shall not be held responsible for not performing of its contractual obligations in case of the unavailability of the products. Likewise, Bolid Handwear System shall not be held responsible if the nonperformance of its contractual obligations is due to the force majeure, the public disturbance, complete or partial strike notably of mail services and means of transport, floods, fire and war. In any case, any delay concerning delivery of the products cannot give rise to damages, deduction or cancellation of ongoing orders.
3/ Shall there be any hypertexts links, that can lead towards other websites than lBolid Handwear System site, Bolid Handwear System is not responsible for the content of these sites would they contravene any regulations in force.
ARTICLE 7 - Customers' data
Bolid Handwear System shall not disclose to anyone the information/data which have been provided by the customers. These data are confidential. They may however be used by Bolid Handwear System for its internal services only, in particular for the processing of the orders and also with a view to establish and to continue the communication with the customers with regard to the products that are currently offered or may be offered in the future to customers by Bolid Handwear System, notably by means of the newsletter published and sent out by Bolid Handwear System.
The customer shall have the right to access, to correct and to remove her/his personal data, by contacting our customer services and indicating her/his name, forename, address and if possible the customer reference.
ARTICLE 8 - Intelectual property rights
All texts, comments, illustrations and pictures reproduced on the websites edited by Bolid Handwear System are subject to copyright as well intellectual property laws. Any complete or partial reproduction of sites edited by Bolid Handwear System is strictly forbidden without expressed written consent of Bolid Handwear System.
ARTICLE 9- Resolution of disputes
Any dispute concerning our services, especially the transactions with the customers, shall be addressed in first place to our customer service and, if no amicable solution shall be reached by the parties, such dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent court of Grenoble, France, dealing with trade/commeriacl disputes.
ARTICLE 10 - Customers' duties and applicable laws
As the customer validates the purchase (the order), she/he declares to accept the contents of such order as well as declares to have accepted General conditions of sale at Bolid Handwear System.
The General conditions of sale are governed by French law and can be changed or amended without prior notice at any time by Bolid Handwear System and shall be binding as of the moment of their publication at the site Bolid Handwear System.
